If you are asked to come for a Call Back we will expect to see you again on Thursday, October 7th from 7:00–9:30 p.m.

Cast List Posted: Friday, October 8, 2010 after 4:00 p.m.

Call Backs, Production Fee & Rehearsal Information

Call Back Info:

Please check if your called back after 10:00 p.m. on our website at www.sdjcj.org/jcompany or on the Audition Hotline (858) 457-3030 x 1200. If you are not called back this does not mean you are not being considered for the Cast, it simply means the show director doesn’t require you to attend Call Backs, so be sure to check for the Cast List which will be posted by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday following Call Backs.

Payment Processing:

If you are cast in this production, the Production fee* ($215/JCC members and $250/ Non-members) collected at your audition appointment will be processed on the day the Cast List is posted. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available—please see Nan, Managing Director for a scholarship application and details.
*Once a young artist is cast the Production fee is non-refundable. Should your young artist not be cast in this J*Company production the Production fee payment collected will not be processed.

Production Details:

• Your young artist will receive a full rehearsal schedule at the first rehearsal and must be available for all of TECH week and for all PERFORMANCES.
• Rehearsals are Monday through Thursday 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. and optional Sundays from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Not all cast members will be called for every rehearsal, but should plan on having availability throughout the rehearsal period with the exception of your noted conflicts on the Young Artist Agreement.
• MANDATORY Parent Meeting (this is mandatory for new and returning Cast parents) to complete the necessary  forms/paperwork and provide you with an overview how the production process works including cast safety, tech and performance week details; give you the opportunity to meet fellow cast member parents; sign-up for volunteer committees and ask questions.
