The San Diego Jewish Film Festival, Sponsored by The Mizel Family Foundation is celebrating 20 Years of entertainment and enlightenment. The festival showcases the best Jewish themed films from around the world celebrating life, human rights,and freedom of expression.
Every year thousands gather at the Festival to experience unique and exclusive films at San Diego’s largest Jewish cultural event at theatres countywide. Enhanced by guest filmmakers, panel discussions and themed screenings, SDJFF attracts and engages audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
Venues include, AMC La Jolla, UltraStar Mission Valley and La Costa, Reading Theatres Carmel Mountain, and the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center's Garfield Theatre.

Gotthelf Art Gallery at the Lawrence Family JCC
Presented with Quint Contemporary Ar, this exhibition includes a small, concise group of works painted between 1974 and 2008 by the late San Diego based artist Manny Farber. This show presents prime examples of Mr. Farber’s wonderfully vibrant artwork and spans the artist’s most active and prolific years before his death in 2008 at the age of 91.
